Growing up on a farm in Caledonia, Minnesota, taking trips into the mountains with her family and horses, she developed a strong connection to nature from an early age.

Dr. Vick pursued a pre-med track at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Her passion for research led her to participate in the Pathways to Advanced Degrees program through the University of Minnesota-Duluth’s Medical School, where she gained valuable experience in scientific research.

Her own personal health challenges in her teens and early twenties, which were resolved by making lifestyle changes and with use of botanical medicine, inspired her to follow a career in natural medicine. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington.

During her medical training, Dr. Vick gained clinical experience in a variety of rotations including an extended internship in integrative oncology under Dr. Leanna Standish in Seattle, Washington. She enjoys providing General Family Practice care with special interest in:

Digestive health—- Pediatrics— Musculoskeletal/Physical Medicine — Cardiometabolic health — Hormone Imbalances and Fertility Support — Adjunctive Oncology — Autoimmune Conditions — Mind-Body Medicine — Botanical Medicine —

Dr. Vick offers compassionate, individualized care with a focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of illness, while supporting the body’s natural ability to heal guided by Naturopathic and Ayurvedic philosophy. She is committed to helping her patients achieve long-term health and well-being through personalized care plans. Throughout her practice, she prioritizes patient education, empowering individuals to understand their bodies and take control of their health.

Every day, Dr. Vick is motivated by the positive impact naturopathic medicine has on her patients’ lives, and she finds inspiration in seeing them improve their health and live more fulfilling lives with a deeper understanding of their body’s ability to heal.

The ability of our systems to regenerate health is within us…. if it is given the right tools and the obstacles are removed. Though there are challenges, through the combination of lifestyle and botanical medicine & supplements, we find major movements. When lifestyle is not there, the body will call for more support.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Bri is an avid nature lover and adventurer. She spends time with her daughter and German Shorthair pointer hiking, kayaking (he doesn’t come with for this haha), gardening, running and bicycling. She loves to cook a wide variety of foods, always from scratch with a focus on health as well as reading, art and music. She loves life and loves to chat with others about how they love life.

“My goal is to support you in nurturing your body, mind, and spirit so you can reconnect with the fullest expression of yourself—the version of you that feels vibrant, inspired, and deeply aligned with your purpose. I want you to feel empowered to live with greater physical health and joy.” - Dr. Bri
